I don't even really get why he was fired. The worst thing that I heard him say was that American customers were rude.

He said he wrote the poem while leaving a customer on hold, though I think in truth it was more artistic license than reality.

Loved the poem, and the comment about wanting to take your shirt off and rub your nipples on the screen almost put me on the floor. I did tech support for years. At an insurance company. Talk about a bunch of humorless a**holes to work for. Gah. Anyway, Apple is probably fine as a company, but about 95% of all "Human Resources" (Or is it "Human Capital" now? What was wrong with "Personnel"? Did it make the employees sound too much like real people?) people should be strung up by their intestines. Or forced to do telephone tech support for Microsoft at gunpoint. Whichever. Anyway, glad you're doing well, and I loved the poem and your response. You can rub your nipples on my screen anytime!
