Well I have verizon, and they have always worked out well for me. Although I have always dealt with american verizon employees. It's not verizon, IT'S CANADIANS!!!

I have had similiar experiences here in Australia. I would have been screaming at them after 5 minutes. He's a saint! I hope he took them to court.

Wow these people are freaking stupid. The caller is way calmer than I would have been. I certainly enjoyed when the one girl asked" what do you mean by .002 dollars".
