What are those non-moving "lights" in the sky? are they just distortions, as they are not moving with the star field

Looks like the non-moving lights are a faded view of the original frame to show a reference point while the stars move.

Well stars definitely ARENT blue, and if you look closely, there is a blue non-moving sec on the snow... and it looks just like the ones on the sky. I can't tell you what it is, but I dont think theyre stars.
