i wouldn't blame the girl too much because she may not know that in addition to all the things they do to her they also "modify" it using the computer....she needs a job just as well as everyone...

what program is that? its not photoshop. and if you look at it again, all the "evolution" is done during the makeup process. the actual computer editing is just minor changes. And i dont see what all the fuss is about, it's advertising. would you rather see her there on a billboard without makeup and lighting?
