The other night Jean Casares, from the previous Court TV,(which I miss) was filling in. What a breath of fresh air. Just wish that one of these TV stations takes note that there are a lot of us, "Court Buffs" in the viewing audience. We put up with interruptions in these trials, and love to hear comments from, "Educated People." I'm paying for cable to get a handle on whats going on in the high profile cases, and this is all the better these networks can do. You're absolutely RIGHT - I can't handle Nancy, and neither can most of us who post comments on here. That's kind of why we're here, so what's your point? Oh, and I can't stand my mother either so your mom comment doesn't affect me. :P
As far as Nancy goes, I'm sure she's very intelligent (and maybe even helpful,) but her personality is so venomous, I can't watch her show too often, or it'll put me in a very depressing mood. She seems like (whether you're a Good or Bad person,) she'll judge you harshly so I'd deffinitly never want to meet her. Plus whenever she discusses alleged murderers, she'll jump to the conclusion that they are depressed and that's why they committed murder. I admit I've been depressed for years (and Yes, I've seen a therapist) but I'd (NEVER) kill anyone unless it was (SELF-DEFENSE.) She might as well assume other random (prejudiced) things like how all black men rob liqour stores or how all senior citizens wear Depends. So (Obviously) I don't need to be reminded how "evil, f_cked up, or shunned by society" I am when watching her. Anyway, my point is.... I have my issues and I don't need to hear how horrible they are on her show. Stuff like that worsens my depression. I don't know about anyone else who's depressed, but I'd highly recommend either (not) watching her show or watching it sparingly. She'll just go on and on about how much of problem we are to society for being depressed (in her own way.)
Anyway... random but I wonder what would happen if we put Nancy Grace and Judge Judy in a room together. Who would survive or would they become best friends? :P They both come off so harshly. From my experience, strong personalities don't normally get along with one another.
