so i have listened to this before and have ran across it again and just thought i would feel some people in on some info about the whole do not call list first off it is not illegal for some one to call your house for the sould purpose of cunducting a survey or any other market research gathering information presidential election calls police fire ball ticket sales and when you say you are on the state do not call unless we are calling from your state it does not affect out of state callers because the state do not call list only applys to the state that you live in so if i call you in new york and i am from i dont know utah the new york do not call list does not apply to us so there second of all if people would just calm down and listen for two seconds when we call and say hello my name is ______ and i am calling from _________ were are trying to _________ that is what we call in the industrie the three part intro if we get that all out and you say no then we would put you down as a refusal and your number would get deleted from that list or if you just be quite and listen to us and take the thing then think about all the time that you are just sitting there doing nothing that you could be taking surveys but thatn again you might die if we call you so this lady is a cook she has no idea what the hell she is talking about i have had calls like this before but nothing as bad as this the guy on the phone could of done better job of dealing with her to the point that he could of calmed her down but yeah i have been called many things i was once compared to hitler so yeah hitler was a not only a jew himself but he was a telemarketer lol stupid stupid people should not breed

i was a telemarketer for a long time. 90% of the things this woman is saying is bullshit. Guaranteed.

I'm also going to assume that she has some sort of disorder that prevents her from restraining herself - because the comments she was making were soo incredibly harsh, and then she would actually turn around and have a completely different demeanor.

This woman is a psycho. Frankly, I love screwing around with telemarketers. It's fun. I'll chat with them for a while or play a prank or something like that. But stuff like this isn't any fun at all. I love the guy though. I used to work customer service for a cell phone company and the WORST thing you can do to someone who is really upset is remaining totally calm. It torques them off even worse.

Call Centre life

For those of you who work in call centres this is what we deal with. This woman has no right to talk to someone like that. This is mental abuse and we deal with this everyday. Not just those of us who make out-bound calls, but in-bound calls too.
I understand that she is angry, but in this call, I don't know if there was a way for the agent to take control. I mean in a situation like that, sometimes it's best to either let the customer go on, or disconnect the call. He should have disconnected the call.
Anyway, I hope no one else has to deal with this kind of a call.

I work in tech support for an organization and I gotta say, I love having the control I do, what with my mute button and disconnect and whatnot. I don't have many telemarketers call my house, but that shit is just part of this age.

I'm glad i don't work in an outbound centre, but if you're trying to sleep and the phone rings every 25 minutes...just unplug your phone retard. YOU HAVE CONTROL
